Take the following steps to update the email address or reset the password associated with your Disney account:
- Go to mydisneyaccount.com and select Sign In
- If you have forgotten your password, select Having trouble logging in? to have a one-time passcode sent to the email address associated with your Disney account
- Once you are signed in, you can update your email address or reset your password
- Go to Account Management to update your email address
- Go to Access & Security to reset your password
- If prompted, enter the one-time passcode that was sent to your current email address
- Once confirmed, you’ll be able to update the email address or password you use across The Walt Disney Family of Companies
