Forgot password or email address
If you’ve forgotten your MyDisney password, you will need to reset it. If you’ve forgotten the email address associated with your MyDisney login, please contact us for additional support.
NOTE: Keep in mind that updating your password will update your MyDisney login information — this change will apply to other services and experiences using MyDisney within The Walt Disney Family of Companies.
My login details were changed
When you change your MyDisney email address or password, a notification is sent to the email address associated with your MyDisney login confirming the changes. Please note that if your login details are updated, it will also update your login details across other services and experiences with The Walt Disney Family of Companies.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, reset your password or contact us immediately.
I’m getting an email or password error
If you are seeing an “incorrect password” or “email not found” error message, your MyDisney password or email address may have been changed on another service or experience across The Walt Disney Family of Companies. Please try resetting your password, logging in with your updated email address, or contact us for additional support.
Didn’t receive password reset code
When you reset your password, you’ll need to verify your request with a 6-digit passcode that gets sent to the email address associated with your MyDisney login. Keep in mind that your unique code will expire after 15 minutes.
If you do not receive the email, check your junk/spam folders or select Resend to send another 6-digit code. If you need additional support, please contact us.
