When signing in to DisneyLife, remember to use the same login method and details you used to subscribe with initially.
If you subscribed with your Email address:
- Go to DisneyLife.ph or launch the DisneyLife app
- Select Log In with your email
- Enter your email.
- Enter your password
- Click Log In
If you subscribed with your Facebook account:
- Go to DisneyLife.ph or launch the DisneyLife app
- Select Log In with Facebook
- Enter your Facebook email (or phone number) and password
- Click Log In
If you subscribed with your Google account:
- Go to DisneyLife.ph or launch the DisneyLife app
- Select Log In with Google
- Enter your Google email (or phone number), then click Next
- Enter your Google account password
- Click Next again
If you subscribed with your iTunes account:
You will need to select Restore Purchase on the login page if you did not choose a login method when signing up or have not yet linked your subscription to an email address. Please note, this will only work if you are using an Apple device.
If you would like to log into a different device other than the iOS device you signed up with), you will need to link your subscription to a Disney account. Please see How do I link my Apple subscription with my Disney Account?
Once completed, you will then log into DisneyLife on other devices using the same email address and password you used to link accounts.
