Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange any UK arena tour tickets due to the venue's strict no exchange/refund policies.
If someone in your booking is unable to attend the show, you can offer any spare tickets to other family or friends (for The Lion King and Mary Poppins performances only, subject to availability). Sorry, we’re unable to exchange arena tour tickets.
In the unlikely event that the show is cancelled, you will be contacted as soon as possible, and your tickets either exchanged, depending on availability, or refunded.
