Tickets will be emailed or posted to you 14 days prior to your performance (dependent on Show and delivery method selected)
If you’ve still not received your tickets 10 days prior to the performance, please get in touch so we can help you. Alternatively visit the box office on the day of the performance (usually not before 1 hour prior to the performance) to have tickets printed. Reprinting tickets will void the originals.
Any tickets set for box office collection, you'll need to present a valid form of photo ID, your booking reference, and your payment card.
If you’ve lost or misplaced your tickets, please get in touch with us with some personal details and your booking reference number (you can find this on your confirmation email), and we can arrange for tickets to be re-sent via email, or if necessary have duplicates of your tickets to be available for pick-up at the venue on the day of the performance. You can collect them from 1 hour prior to the performance only. Please note that your original tickets will be voided.
Tickets are transferable, so once you've received your purchased tickets you can offer them as gifts to family or friends.
