Tickets for The Lion King tour will be dispatched around a month before the performance date.
You can receive your tickets in the post (as long as you’ve booked more than 5 days before your performance date), or collect at the box office. If you've chosen to receive your tickets by post, they may not arrive until 48 hours before your performance. If you’ve still not received your tickets by this date, please get in touch so we can help you.
For box office collection, you'll need to present a valid form of photo ID, your booking reference, and your payment card.
If you’ve lost or misplaced your tickets, please get in touch with us with some personal details and your booking reference number (you can find this on your confirmation email), and we can arrange for duplicates of your tickets to be available for pick-up at the venue on the day of the performance. You can collect them from 1 hour prior to the performance only. Please note that your original tickets will be voided, and if your tickets arrive after contacting us, you will still need to use the newly issued tickets.
Tickets are transferable, so once you've received your purchased tickets you can offer them as gifts to family or friends.
