For the very first time in the UK, Tim Burton's Iconic Nightmare Before Christmas will be live in concert!
Multiple award-winning composer, songwriter and reigning Pumpkin King, Danny Elfman will be bringing Disney’s timeless classic, Tim Burton’s ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ to life. Performing his role of Jack Skellington, will be joined by other original cast members Catherine O’Hara as Sally, and Ken Page as the voice if Oogie Boogie with full orchestral accompaniment by The Royal Scottish National Orchestra in Glasgow and London Philharmonic Orchestra at The SSE Arena, Wembley. Conductor John Mauceri, Founding Director of the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, will be leading the full orchestra and choir performing the film’s classic score and songs live to picture. The concert will also include featured violin soloist, Sandy Cameron.
The show will run on 2nd December at Glasgow SSE Hydro Arena, and 4th and 5th December at Wembley SSE Arena. D
The show will run for approximately one hour and 30 minutes, with one interval. The Nightmare Before Christmas is classed as a PG, however all Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 18 months may attend the show without a ticket, as long as they sit on a parent or guardian's lap throughout the performance. Please note that flashing images may be used.
Costumes are encouraged, so feel free to add a little extra spook to your outfit!
