If you are paying for your subscription with a payment card and signed up on the DisneyLife website, regardless of the account you chose to subscribe with (Facebook, Google or Disney account), please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:
- Go to Disneylife.com and sign in.
- Select the primary profile, then click on the Character in the top right corner.
- Select the Settings cog.
- Click on Account.
- Enter your password.
- Click Payment at the top of the screen.
- Click Would you like to cancel your membership?
- Click Confirm Cancel Membership.
When you cancel your subscription, it will end when your current billing period is over. Until then, you can carry on enjoying everything DisneyLife has to offer and may receive emails from us.
Remember your Disney Account will still remain active, allowing you to log in to Disney websites, apps and other experiences.
If you would like to update any of your personal details or marketing preferences, please sign in to https://disneyprivacycenter.com/communication-choices to update your account.
Please note: deleting your Disney account will not cancel your DisneyLife subscription.
