How do I add a mobile number to a MyDisney account?

You can add your mobile phone number to your MyDisney account to add an extra level of security and to help recover your account if needed. Your phone number will only be used for security, login, and account recovery purposes across services and experiences within The Walt Disney Family of Companies.

Please note that while Disney rolls out this feature, some subscribers may not see this option immediately.

How do I add a mobile phone number to MyDisney account?

1. Go to my.disney.com and select Log In
2. Enter your account email address and select Continue
3. Enter your password, select Log In and follow the steps
4. Go to Account Management and select the arrow next to Add mobile phone number 
5. Enter the one-time code sent to your email and select Continue
6. Enter your mobile phone number and select Continue

2. Enter your account email address and select Continue
3. Enter your password and select Log In
4. Go to Account Management and select the arrow next to Mobile Phone Number 
5. Enter the one-time passcode sent to your email and select Continue
6. Enter the new mobile phone number and select Continue

How do I delete my mobile number from MyDisney account?

1. Go to my.disney.com and select Log In
2. Enter your account email address and select Continue
3. Enter your password and select Log In
4. Go to Account Management and select the arrow next to Mobile Phone Number 
5. Enter the one-time passcode sent to your email and click Continue
6. Select Delete Mobile Number, then confirm the deletion by selecting Yes, Delete Number
