Follow the steps below to reset your password on The Walt Disney Company Privacy website:

1. Go to Communication Choices on The Walt Disney Company's Privacy website
2. Under MANAGE YOUR REGISTRATION ACCOUNT, select Disney, ESPN, ABC, Marvel, and Star Wars accounts
3. Select the Sign In button, enter your email address, and select Continue
4. Select Forgot Your Password? and a 6-digit passcode will be sent to your email address
5. Check your email for the 6-digit passcode and return to the website
   • The passcode can only be used once and expires within 15 minutes
6. Enter the 6-digit passcode and select Continue 
7. Select Reset Password to create a new password
