To delete your Disney account  information:

1. Go to mydisneyaccount.com and select Sign In
   • If you have forgotten your password, select Having trouble logging in? to have a one-time passcode sent to the email address associated with your MyDisney login
2. Under the Account Management section, select View account management
3. Scroll down to the bottom and select the Request Account Deletion button
   • A one-time passcode will be sent to the email address associated with your Disney account to confirm your request
4. Check Yes, delete this account and select the Delete Account button

Your Disney account information will be permanently deleted 14 days after the request, but can be reactivated any time before that deadline. 

IMPORTANT: Your Disney account cannot be deleted until any active subscriptions or memberships within The Walt Disney Family of Companies are canceled. Please refer to the Help Center for each service to find specific cancellation details.
