Please try the directions below if you're having difficulty loading one of our Disney sites:
Chrome
- Click the menu (three dot icon) in the top right corner
- Click "More Tools", then select "Clear Browsing Data..."
- From the "Time Range" drop down, select "All time"
- Make sure "Cached images and files" is checked, then click "Clear data"
- Close and relaunch your browser to complete the process
Firefox
- Click the menu (three bar icon) in the top right corner
- Click "Options", then select "Privacy & Security"
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click the "Clear Data…" button
- Make sure "Cached Web Content" is checked, then click "Clear"
- When prompted, click "Clear Now" to confirm
- Close and relaunch your browser to complete the process
Safari
- Select "Safari", then "Preferences"
- Click "Advanced"
- Click the check box next to "Show develop menu in menu bar"
- Now select "Develop" from the top of the screen, then "Empty Caches"
- Close your browser and open it again to complete the process
Internet Explorer 9 and up
- Select "Internet Options" from the Gear menu in the top right corner of the screen
- Click the "General" tab
- Select "Delete" in the Browsing History section
- Make sure that "Preserve Favorites Website Data" is NOT checked
- Select "Temporary Internet Files" in the "Delete Browsing History" window
- Select "Delete"
- You'll see the following message at the bottom of your screen once the cache has been successfully cleared
- Close your browser and open it again to complete the process
