I didn’t create this Disney account and I would like to delete it – what should I do?
If you did not create the Disney online account in question and would like to delete it:
- Go to Communication Choices on The Walt Disney Company's Privacy website
- In the "Manage Your Registration Account" section, select "Disney, ESPN, ABC, Marvel and Star Wars accounts"
- If you don’t know the password for your account, select “Need help signing in?” underneath the Sign In button
- Enter your email address and click “Continue” for a one-time passcode
- Check your email for the passcode; enter the passcode on the site and click “Continue”
- At the “Welcome Back!” window, click “Reset Password”
- Create a new password for your account and click "Save"
- At the “Your Account” window, scroll down to the “Delete Account” section
- Click the ‘Delete Account’ link and then select “Yes, delete this account”
- Click OK to confirm your account has been deleted
Note: It may take up to 14 days to complete your account deletion request, and you will not be able to create a new account using your email address during that time.
