If you are getting either of the following error messages in Disney Color and Play AR:

"An error occurred. Please check your permissions in your device settings."

"Storage permissions are required for this application to function correctly. Please allow access to storage and try again."

Take the following steps to enable photo storage permissions:

iOS

1. From the Home menu, tap "Settings"

2. Scroll down and select "Color Play"

3. Tap the switch next to "Photos" to enable

Android

1. Go to "Settings"

2. Tap "Apps"

3. Select "Color Play" from your list of apps

4. Tap "Permissions"

5. Tap the switch next to "Storage" to enable
