1) What is changing for DisneyLife?
In the Philippines, starting April 1, 2020, DisneyLife will no longer be available through its distribution partner, Globe Telecom, via direct purchase through DisneyLife.ph and the DisneyLife mobile app (Google Play Store and Apple App Store), and via streaming device Roku. The last date on which subscribers will have access to DisneyLife will be March 31, 2020.
2) When will this change happen?
For current subscribers: Current subscribers will not be able to access any content from DisneyLife starting April 1, 2020. The last date on which DisneyLife subscribers will have access to DisneyLife will be March 31, 2020. Renewal of subscriptions will be accepted until February 29, 2020. Those who availed of monthly subscription plans will not be charged monthly recurring fees thereafter.
New subscriptions via Globe Telecom will only be accepted until February 29,2020, while direct purchases via DisneyLife.ph and the DisneyLife mobile app (Google Play Store and Apple App Store), and via streaming device Roku, will only be accepted till March 31, 2020.
3) Who will be affected?
All DisneyLife subscribers in the Philippines will be affected. They will be able to continue using DisneyLife until March 31, 2020 only.
4) How can I continue watching and listening to content on DisneyLife?
You can continue to catch some of your favorite TV shows and episodes from Disney Junior, Disney Channel and Disney XD; and some of your favorite films from Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars via selected free-to-air TV platforms and local cable channel operators in the Philippines. You can also continue to enjoy some of your favorite music soundtracks through various on-demand services.
5) I subscribed to a monthly plan with DisneyLife. What should I do?
If you signed up for a monthly subscription, then you will be able to access DisneyLife until March 31, 2020 or end of your subscription period, whichever is earlier. The last recurring monthly subscription will happen on February 29, 2020. DisneyLife customers who are subscribed via Globe Telecom will receive an email from the Globe Telecom customer service team for further details.
6) When will the cancellation take place?
Any customer who has not cancelled before February 29, 2020 will be able to use DisneyLife until March 31, 2020. We will automatically cancel customer accounts on April 1, 2020. Customers do not need to cancel.
