A Membership ID is created for every DisneyLife subscription which is started through Apple or Google Play. It will be unique to your subscription. The steps on how to locate your Membership ID are included below.

• Apple device: within the app or outside of the app
• Android devices

Apple devices

Within the app on an Apple device

1. Go to the DisneyLife home screen.
2. Tap on your Character in the top right corner.
3. Tap on the card icon under the Character icon.
4. Your DisneyLife Membership ID will appear under your name.

To find your Membership ID when your device is not connected to the internet:

1. Ensure that you are logged in before your device is set to Offline mode.
2. Go to the home screen of the app.
3. You will be asked to Go to Downloads or Reconnect. Tap on Go To Downloads.
4. Tap on the card icon in the top right corner of the screen.
5. Your DisneyLife Membership ID will appear under your name.

 
Outside of the app on an Apple device

1. Go to the home screen of your device.
2. Tap on DisneyLife, appearing at the bottom of a list on the left side of the screen.
3. Your Membership ID will be located under DisneyLife Settings.

Android devices

Within the app on an Android device

1. Go to the DisneyLife home screen.
2. Tap the list icon in the top left corner.
3. Tap on the card icon that appears next to your character.
4. Your DisneyLife Membership ID will appear under your name.

If you would like to check out your Membership ID when your device is not connected to the internet:

1. You will be asked to Go To Downloads or Reconnect. Tap on Go To Downloads.
2. Tap on the card icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Your DisneyLife Membership ID will appear under your name.
