How do I check how I signed up?

When you're logged into DisneyLife.ph, you can find out your chosen log in and billing method.

You can do this using the steps below:

 

  1. Go to DisneyLife.ph.
  2. Click on your Character icon for your primary profile.
  3. Go to Settings (Settings cog icon).
  4. Select Account.

 

Here it’ll display whether you are billed by Globe, iTunes or Google Play and whether you have selected to log in with an email address, Facebook or Google account.
