If you’re experiencing an error playing downloads there could be a number of reasons for this.
Please check:
Has the content been downloaded to your device for 30 days or more?
- Downloads expire after 30 days and will give an error if you try to play the download after this time.
- Re-download the content to ensure that this is not the issue.
Have you connected to the internet while abroad?
- If you have connected to an internet connection outside of the Philippines and you are now trying to play downloads, this will not work. Once you have connected to internet abroad, you will be unable to use DisneyLife.
