A reliable internet connection will help you experience DisneyLife at its best.
You will see an in-app pop-up advising you that DisneyLife has lost connection. You will be prompted to reconnect or go to your downloads.
To help identify if this is an issue with the app itself or with your internet connection you can try:
- Checking the Wi-Fi strength symbol. On Apple devices this is generally found in the top left corner. If this is low then there may be an issue with your internet connection.
- Checking to see if your device is on Airplane mode. You can check this within your device’s Settings.
- Checking other apps which require an internet connection. If other services are also not working then there may be an issue with your internet connection.
