If you’re having trouble logging and need to reset your password, how you reset your password will depend on the login method you chose on sign up.
If you signed up with your email address (Disney account), follow these steps:
- On the DisneyLife log-in page, select Log in with email address.
- Select Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address.
- Tap on Submit.
- You will then receive an email, which will contain a link to reset your password.
Follow the instructions within the email to change your password and you’ll be able to access DisneyLife again in no time!
You will also receive an email, confirming that you have updated your details.
If you have signed up with your Facebook or Google account, you will need to reset your password for Facebook or Google respectively. You can see more information here:
