Check compatibility
Before trying the next steps, make sure you’re using DisneyLife on a compatible device.

Delete and reinstall the app
Please note, your Downloads will be removed from the device if the DisneyLife app is uninstalled.
Your Profiles and Favourites, however, will remain, as they are linked to your account, and not the device itself.

Restart your device
Switch off the device completely. Once it has been shut down safely, switch it on again.
Restarting devices is often the simplest way to fix issues.
Update your device
Make sure your device is running on the latest version of its operating system. You can check this by going to your device’s Settings.
Check your internet connection
Sometimes the internet can be slow due to your location or many devices connected to the same network.
Also, check your connection strength. If it’s weak, try moving closer to the Wi-Fi router.
