If one-time codes from MyDisney are not arriving in your email inbox, try the following options to help resolve the issue:
- Check the email address you entered carefully for errors
- Check your spam or junk email folders
- Add our email address (member.services@disneyaccount.com) to your safe senders list
- Select Resend on the one-time code entry screen
