Follow the steps below to activate your smart TV or TV-connected device to stream content from your streaming service subscription:
- Launch the streaming app on your smart TV or TV-connected device
- Select Log In
- Scan the QR code with a mobile device or visit the URL that appears on your TV from a computer or mobile browser
- Enter the 8-digit code that appears on your TV screen
- Log in with your MyDisney account
If you are having trouble with the activation code, verify the characters or try generating a new code by re-launching the app and selecting Log in. If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps to reset your password*. If you’re still having trouble, please contact us for additional support.
*Please note that updating your password will update your MyDisney login information — this change will apply to other services and experiences using MyDisney within The Walt Disney Family of Companies.
