NOTE: Keep in mind that updating your password will update your MyDisney login information — this change will apply to other services and experiences using MyDisney across The Walt Disney Family of Companies.
My password was changed
If your password was changed, but your email address remains the same, follow the steps below:
- Go to my.disney.com and select Log In
- Enter your email address and select Continue
- Select Having trouble logging in? Send a one-time code
- A one-time passcode will be sent to the email address associated with your MyDisney account
- When prompted, enter the one-time passcode that was sent to your current email address and select Continue
- If you’re having trouble receiving a one-time passcode, please contact us for additional support
- Select Reset Password to create a new password
After resetting your password, please review your MyDisney account info for any unauthorized changes. Once you have reviewed your account details, log out of all devices. The Walt Disney Company Privacy Policy can be found on the company website.
