If you're having issues accessing the app on your Android device and an error message pops up saying "Err… Oh dear, looks like something’s up with the server. We’re taking care of it so please try again soon”, there are couple of steps that you can follow to access DisneyLife.
You will need to ensure that your device language preferences are set to English (United Kingdom). You can do this by following the steps below:
- Go to your device Settings.
- Tap on Languages & input.
- Tap on Languages.
- If English (United Kingdom) is not set as the primary language, you'll have to tap on Add a language and select English (United Kingdom).
