You've subscribed on your iOS device and are being billed via iTunes and would now like to link your Apple ID to your DisneyLife subscription so you can access it from other compatible devices.
Linking means your Apple ID will be associated with a Disney account, with its own credentials - email address and password - which you'll then start to use to log in to DisneyLife.
If you are having trouble linking, here are a few things to watch out for:
- Double check you don't already have a DisneyLife subscription with same email address. You may have subscribed on our website, DisneyLife.com.
- Ensure that your Disney account is up to date. Please log in and update your details.
- If linking your DisneyLife account to an existing Disney account, make sure you are able to access that Disney account. Please verify you have access by logging in here.
