DisneyLife lets you limit how much you can download to your device.

If your download restrictions aren’t working properly, here are a few things you can try. Check after each one to see if the problem’s still there. For more on this, check out How do I adjust my download restrictions?

Update your device

Make sure your device is running on the latest version of operating system. To find out more about how to update your device go to your device manufacturer’s website.

Reinstall the app.

For Apple

1. Tap and hold the app icon until it jiggles.
2. Tap the X in the top left corner.
3. Tap Delete.
4. Reinstall the app via the App Store.

For Android

1. Ensure you are connected to the internet.
2. Tap Play Store.
3. Tap the 3 lines in the top left corner.
4. Tap My Apps.
5. Tap the app you want to uninstall.
6. Tap Uninstall and confirm.
7. You can reinstall the app by going back to the Play Store.

This will ensure you’re using the latest version of DisneyLife. Note that your Downloads will not be kept if the DisneyLife app is uninstalled from the device.
