You can always find the latest version of DisneyLife in the App Store. Go to the Updates tab – DisneyLife will appear here if there’s a new version of the app to download. All you need to do is tap Update.
If you’re having trouble updating, try the following steps. Check to see if the problem’s fixed after each step.
Check your internet
If your internet isn’t working properly, the app may not be able to update.
- Check your connection speed. If lots of devices are sharing one Wi-Fi connection, your internet may be slow. This can stop updates from working properly.
- Check your connection strength. Is your device a long way from your router? If so, try moving closer.

Restart your device
Switch off your device completely. Once it’s shut down safely, switch it on again.
Restarting your device will usually trigger your device to check for updates.
