In advance of your visit, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with Delfont Mackintosh Theatre's entry requirements that have been put in place for your safety and well-being.
As capacity restrictions are lifted, Delfont Mackintosh Theatres asks that all audience members bring with them proof of double-vaccination, a recent negative lateral flow test or natural immunity.
Simple ways to demonstrate proof include the NHS COVID Pass, NHS COVID-19 test notification, or an internationally recognised equivalent. More information regarding the NHS Covid Pass can be found by clicking here.
Further information regarding what will be accepted upon arrival can be found by clicking here.
As a courtesy to each other and to help the venue staff create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, Delfont Mackintosh Theatres asks you to please:
- Wear a face covering out of consideration for those around you.
- Use the hand-sanitiser available at the theatre.
- Be mindful of others and their space, where possible, particularly when moving around the theatre.
- Only bring one small bag that can be stored under your seat, as our cloakrooms are not currently available.
If you or any of your party are unable or unwilling to provide their COVID-19 status, feels unwell or need to self-isolate, you can request to exchange your tickets.
Please contact Guest Services to process this at least 24 hours prior to the performance start time.
If you test COVID positive in the days after seeing the show, please ensure you enter your result in the national NHS app or call 119. For more information what to expect during your visit please click here.
