Frozen will now commence performances at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane on 27th August 2021
If you have already booked tickets to the show, your booking has automatically been moved to a new performance date. You will receive a new confirmation email in the coming weeks from our ticketing partners LW Theatres which will include information on your new performance date. In the meantime, you can find out what date your tickets have been moved to by using the interactive calendar on the Frozen homepage here.
*Tickets for rescheduled performances will arrive using the same delivery method as originally selected.
Mobile tickets: these will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to the performance time, these can then be downloaded on your phone or added to their mobile wallet. You'll then scan your barcode at the theatre, so there's no need to print your ticket.
E-Tickets: these will be emailed to the Guest who made the booking (to the email address provided on booking), and will be sent 24 hours prior to the performance time, so you'll have this readily available in your inbox.
Physical Tickets: postage fees are £2.00 per booking with tickets sent Royal Mail 1st Class. Posted tickets will be with your approximately seven or eight days before the performance date. All envelopes are franked from LW Theatres Head Office with the return address printed on the front of the envelope.
Please choose your delivery method carefully, as you'll be unable to change this after your tickets have been purchased.
