When are cloth face coverings available?
You can pre-order cloth face coverings on our website now. Orders placed before 24th July have a scheduled delivery date of 31st August 2020, and orders placed from 24th July have a scheduled delivery date of 7th September.
Are the face coverings available in kids sizing?
Disney’s cloth face coverings are available in 4 sizes: small, medium, large and extra-large. Guests can refer to the Disney Store European product sizing guide on shopdisney.co.uk for the specific sizing measurements.
Can I return cloth face coverings if I change my mind or if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
Due to the nature of this item, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns once you have unsealed the item, unless the item is faulty. Before ordering, please check the size guide to help you choose the right size.
What are these face coverings made out of?
Disney’s cloth face coverings are 100% cotton knit inner and middle layers and 100% polyester knit outer layer, exclusive of decoration. The cloth face coverings are washable and re-useable to help reduce the environmental impact and we will continue to look for opportunities to reduce the impact further.
How should these coverings be cared for?
Machine wash is 60 degrees, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron and do not dry clean. Detailed guidelines for how to properly put on and remove the face coverings are available on the product page(s) on shopDisney.co.uk and on product packaging.
When will you take payment for my pre-order?
When we take payment will depend on how you paid for your order. If you used PayPal to pay for your order, you’ll be charged as soon as your order has been placed.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, payment won’t be taken until your order is dispatched. Any delivery costs will also be charged at this point. Your order might be sent in separate parcels, for example if it's a large order or contains a Disney Partner Product, and this may mean you’re charged at different points of your order.
Why can I see more than one payment for my order?
Your bank may allocate funds once you’ve placed your order, and it may show as a pending payment. Don’t worry, this is normal! It just means they’re waiting for us to take funds from your account, which normally happens once your order has left our warehouse. This pending payment normally expires within 30 days, and the funds show as available in your account. If there are any delays with parcels leaving our warehouse (which is when any credit/debit cards would be charged), you might see a successful payment and a separate pending payment which may show for longer than normal. Any pending payments are returned to your available balance as quickly as possible, and you will only be charged once for your order. If you have any concerns, we’d recommend getting in touch with your bank.

Will I be able to buy Disney face cloth coverings in Disney Stores?
At the moment, these items are only available to pre-order online at shopDisney.
Will these coverings eventually be sold in Disney Stores and at Disney Parks?
We will continue to explore opportunities to provide these products to our fans in different locations around the world.
Who is Disney distributing the cloth coverings to?
Upon receiving the face coverings, the Social Responsibility team at Disney will reach out to their long-standing partners and distribute the face coverings to organisations in greatest need. From September onwards we will be updating the website with further details on how the coverings have been used to help children in isolation.
What is the monetary value of this donation?
Through proceeds from the cloth face coverings and our in-kind donation of masks we hope our donation will total over £1m to support the Red Cross and our long-standing charity partners.
When will the face coverings be donated?
The Walt Disney Company works with a number of long-standing charity partners across Europe. Through these partnerships we know how important it is to break the isolation that vulnerable children are facing. We’ll be working with these partners between now and December to understand how best to distribute these face coverings to will help our charity partners reunite children with those that are important to them, helping to build emotional resilience when it’s needed the most. We’ll be loading updates on our website for guests to see how the coverings will make a difference from September onwards
Why is Disney donating to the Red Cross?
As part of Disney’s Social Responsibility programme, across Europe we have a history of working with the Red Cross – helping people in times of need and crisis. The money raised from the sale of the cloth face coverings will help the Red Cross continue it’s support of those impacted by the pandemic through it’s global voluntary network, which responds to conflicts, natural disasters and individual emergencies and enables enables vulnerable people to prepare for and withstand emergencies in their own communities.
