When we take payment will depend on how you paid for your order. If you used PayPal to pay for your order, you’ll be charged as soon as your order has been placed.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, payment won’t be taken until your order is dispatched. Any delivery costs will also be charged at this point. Your order might be sent in separate parcels, for example if it's a large order or contains a Disney Partner Product, and this may mean you’re charged at different points of your order.
Your bank may allocate funds once you’ve placed your order, and it may show as a pending payment. Don’t worry, this is normal! It just means they’re waiting for us to take funds from your account, which normally happens once your order has left our warehouse. This pending payment normally expires within 30 days, and the funds show as available in your account. As we’re currently experiencing delays with parcels leaving our warehouse, which is when any credit/debit cards would be charged, you might see a successful payment and a separate pending payment may show for longer than normal. Our payment teams are working hard to return the pending payment to your available balance as quickly as possible, but you will only have been charged once for your order. If you have any concerns, we’d recommend getting in touch with your bank.
