Payment is taken once the order is ready to ship, and we’re unable to change the payment details on a pre-existing order. This means that any orders placed with cards that are due to expire will automatically be cancelled. If there are not enough funds available once the order is ready to ship, or if the payment authorisation fails for any other reason, this will also result in an automatic cancellation and you'll receive a cancellation email from us.
Storing your payment details
If you pre-order a product or service from us, we will need as a result to store your payment card information for the purpose of processing the payment at the launch of the product or service you have ordered. This is a necessary consequence of registering your pre-order request so that we can take payment when the product or service becomes available. If you object to the storage of your credentials for the purposes of pre-orders, we are unable to register your pre-order request. All pre-orders are subject to availability.
