If you've chosen to receive your tickets by post, they may not arrive until 48 hours before your performance. If you’ve still not received your tickets by this date, please get in touch so we can help you.
Change of address: Please note we cannot update a delivery address once it is within 3 weeks of your chosen performance.
Print at Home or e-tickets will be emailed to you prior to your visit. Some print at Home tickets are sent at the time of purchase, while others and e-tickets will be sent ahead of your chosen performance. This is usually between 30 and 14 days ahead of your chosen performance. If you have not received your print at home or e-tickets 7 days prior to the performance, please contact guest services.
For box office collections, please collect your tickets in person at the venue's ticket office up to 30 minutes prior to the event. This is the same address where the event will take place. Please note that some venues do not generate the tickets earlier than the date of the event.
In order to pick up your tickets, you may be required to present:
- A valid photo ID, driver's license or passport.
- The credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
- Your booking reference number.
