Mary Poppins is operating on an Print at Home e-ticket basis, with barcodes that will be scanned at the venue. When purchasing your tickets you will received a confirmation email, but your e-tickets will be sent 14 days prior to your chosen performance. These can be printed or shown on a smart device, as long as the barcode is clear.
If you have not received your e-tickets within 7 days of your chosen performance, please contact guest services who will be able to re-issue them.
