Is the item a Disney Partner Product? These are shipped directly from our vendor as opposed to from our warehouse, so won’t arrive in the same box as the rest of your order. Disney Partner Products can take up to 20 working days to arrive, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with details on how to track these items. If there's hyphens in the tracking number you've been given, we'd recommend removing them before you try and track your order on the Hermes website.
Media items (DVDs and Blu-ray) take up to 5 working days to arrive, and will be sent in a different parcel to the rest of your order. These are sent by Royal Mail, and don't have tracking details.
Large orders may be sent in separate parcels, and you’ll receive a shipping email with tracking links for each parcel.
