If you're looking to return a Christmas gift bought from our Online Store, items purchased from 1st November - 25th December can be returned until 25th January. If you need to return a Store purchase, including Christmas gifts purchased from 1st November - 25th December, our Cast Members will be pleased to assist you once our Stores re-open.
Please note, if you're returning an item bought as part of a 3 for 2 promotion, you'll need to return all 3 items to receive your refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have up to 30 days from when you receive your order to return any or all of the products in your order.
All references in this section to "days" mean "calendar days".
If you're making a return up to 14 days after receiving your order, you can either send the products back to our warehouse, or, inform us that you wish to make a return by one of the following:
- Completing the returns form on the delivery note (you can download a copy here) and include this in your return package.
- Contacting us. You must then return the products within the following 14 days. You will be responsible for the cost of postage for the return, unless you are returning a faulty or incorrect product. Click here for instructions on how to make a return.
Once we receive the returned products, we'll refund the price paid for the products plus the original delivery charge. If you do not return all of the products in your order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
We extend your return period to 30 days from receiving your order, however if you're returning your order more than 14 days after receiving it then your original delivery cost won't be refunded.
If you cancel and return your order within the 14 day period referred to above, we will credit your original method of payment within 14 days of our receipt of the products returned. If you are returning your order outside the 14 day period, we will credit your original method of payment within 30 days of our receipt of the products returned.
Please note that we don't have liability for any returned products until they arrive with us, and you should obtain a proof of postage if you're returning an item.
