What are your Birthday Call Terms and Conditions?
Party Birthday Call
1. Available to UK & Northern Ireland registered mobile numbers only.
2. These calls will play a recorded message, they are not interactive voice calls.
3. All texts will be charged at your standard network rate so please get bill payer’s permission. Please note that additional charges may apply for texts sent and calls received when abroad as your standard network roaming fees will apply. Please speak to your mobile network provider for details on the charges that apply to your mobile tariff.
4. You will normally receive your call back within two minutes.
5. If you do not answer, we will retry three further times at 30 second intervals until the call is answered.
6. If you do not answer the call on our 4th attempt, you will not receive a call back.
7. We recommend that parents/guardians always supervise these calls with very young children.
8. For any technical issues or problems receiving your call please contact us with your order number and call confirmation email to hand.
9. Calls must be registered within 1 year of receiving your confirmation email.
10. Your call details will be deleted 1 month after your scheduled call date.
11. To receive the call a qualifying purchase must be made. A qualifying purchase relates to orders being sent to a UK address only.
How to redeem
1. If you have made a qualifying purchase you will receive a link to book your call on your order confirmation email.
2. Click on the link and your order number will be filled in on the form, you will need to add the date you would like to receive the call and a mobile number for the call to be made to.
3. The day before your call you will receive a text message with a short code in it.
4. On the day of your call, text the short code a few minutes before you would like your call.
5. You should receive the call within a couple of minutes so stay close to the phone.
6. If you do not answer, we will retry three further times at 30 second intervals until the call is answered.
7. If you do not answer the call on our 4th attempt, you will not receive a call back.
8. If you miss the Birthday Call due to circumstances beyond your control on the final attempt and you still require the call please contact our Guest Service Centre. Please note it may not be possible to rearrange your call for the same day.
