With every order, you’ll be eligible to receive a character phone call from Mickey and Minnie to wish you a happy birthday!
When you receive your order confirmation, you’ll see a link to book your call. Click on this, and add the date you want to receive the message, and for what mobile phone number. Please note, this call is available for UK and Northern Ireland registered mobile numbers only. When you’re attempting to book your call, you’ll only be able to do it from three days in advance.
The day before your call, you’ll receive a text message with a short code in it. On the day of your call, text the short code a few minutes before you want your phone to ring. Your call will come through within a couple of minutes, so make sure you keep your phone close to you.
If the call is missed, we’ll retry this three times at 30 second intervals until the call is answered. You won’t receive a call if you don’t pick up after the 4th attempt. If the call is missed due to circumstances beyond your control, please get in touch with our Guest Service Centre. Please note that if your call goes to voicemail, you won't receive a call back.
