You'll need to make sure you’ve signed up two months before your birthday. For example, if your birthday is April 10th, you'll need to be signed up before the end of February.
Please take a look at your Disney account and check that you’re signed up for our marketing emails. Check your spam/junk filters, as the email may not show in your main inbox.
Birthday codes can only be used once, and can only be redeemed in your birthday month either in Store and Online. If you're redeeming your code in Store, you'll need to show your birthday code email to a Cast Member.
Codes aren't valid on all items, so make sure you check our promotion exclusions list before trying to redeem.
