Stores may be able to hold an item for you for up to 24 hours, and this is at the discretion of the Store Management Team. Please note that in the interest of fairness, Stores aren’t able to hold Frozen products, Star Wars products, sale or Limited Edition items. Due to space limitations, Stores are also unable to hold any products over the festive period.
