If you'd like to post your order back to us, or you're based outside of the UK, please use the pre-addressed label attached to the packing slip along with the returns form located online. Make sure your parcel is packed securely.
If you've lost the returns label, please include your name, order number and contact details in the returned parcel, and send it to the following address:

To avoid any delay to your refund, please mark the outside of your parcel with ‘Returned Goods’. Your parcel might get held in Customs if this isn’t done which will delay your return being processed.
You’ll be responsible for any postage costs incurred by returning your items as a change of mind. Goods should be returned in resalable condition.
