To make sure we’re offering our Guests the most Magical range of items possible, some products on our Online Store are from a Disney Partner. This means your item will be shipped directly from a vendor as opposed to from our warehouse, and this can take up to 20 working days. Please note, Disney Partner Products can only be shipped to addresses in the UK, and can't be returned to Store.
The quickest way to identify a Disney Partner item is through the copy on our Online Store. Please see examples of this below:
Media items, and select other Disney Partner products, will be shipped by Royal Mail. DVD and Blu Rays will arrive in five days, and any other items posted through Royal Mail will arrive within 20 working days. Sorry, there's no option to track orders dispatched by Royal Mail.
If your order has been paid for by credit or debit card, you’ll be charged once your order been shipped by our vendor. Any delivery charges will also be charged at this point.
