We’re more than happy to replace or refund faulty Disney Store product whether you have a receipt or not. However, we will ask for any faulty product to be sent to us if it was bought as a gift, so that we can check that it is a Disney Store product.
If you'd like to return a product you purchased in Store, our Cast Members would be happy to assist with your return. The original card holder must be present if you're returning a product paid for by credit or debit card. Please note, if you're returning your item to Store and have lost your receipt, we'll be unable to provide a refund but be happy to offer an exchange or Gift Card to the current selling value of your item.
