If you'd like to return a product you purchased in Store, our Cast Members would be happy to assist with your return. The original card holder must be present if you're returning a product paid for by credit or debit card. Please note, if you're returning your item to Store and have lost your receipt, we'll be unable to provide a refund but be happy to offer an exchange or Gift Card to the current selling value of your item. Please note that change of mind returns remain at the discretion of Disney Store, and this doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
