Your confirmation email should reach you within 20 minutes of placing your order. Make sure you check your spam/junk folders, as emails might not arrive in your primary inbox. If you haven't received your order confirmation more than 24 hours after purchasing from us, please get in touch so we can look into this for you.
You'll receive your shipping confirmation email once your parcel has left our warehouse. If you paid for your order by credit or debit card, this is also the point where you'll be charged for your order. Your order might be sent in separate parcels, especially if it's a large order or contains Disney Partner Products, and this may mean you may be charged at different points of your order.
