At this unprecedented time there may be some disruption to your order that is outside of our control as our delivery partners experience delays. Once you’ve placed an order we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your delivery so keep an eye out for emails from us.

This will depend on how you paid for your order.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, payment won’t be taken until your order is dispatched. If your order includes an item that has been personalised with a tag, this will show as a separate charge and you’ll be debited before your order is shipped to you. Any delivery costs will also be charged at this point.
Your order might be sent in separate parcels, for example if it's a large order or contains a Disney Partner Product, and this may mean you’re charged at different points of your order.
If you’ve paid for your order by PayPal, you’ll be charged as soon as your order has been placed.
Your bank may allocate funds once you’ve placed your order, and it may show as a pending payment. Don’t worry, this is normal! It just means they’re waiting for us to take funds from your account, which normally happens once your order has left our warehouse.
If we don’t complete your order, you won’t be charged (unless you paid by PayPal). If this happens, the funds should show in your account within a few days. If you’ve got any concerns, we’d advise you to speak with your bank.
