On the day of your delivery, if your delivery address is in the UK, our carrier will send you a text message and email with an allocated 2-hour delivery window (as long as you’ve provided a valid mobile phone number and email address when you placed the order). Our 2-hour delivery window is available for both standard and express delivery.
Your 4-hour delivery window will be allocated in rounded hours e.g. 08:00am-10:00am, 09:00am-11:00am up until 8pm. If you’re not available to receive your delivery, and the carrier is unable to leave with neighbours or around your property, a calling card will be left. Delivery will then be re attempted and a new 2-hour delivery window allocated. The carrier may re attempt delivery that same day if doing multiple rounds in your area.
