Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation which contains a link to track your parcel. Don't worry, you'll still receive this email even if you checked out as a Guest. If your order was placed on standard delivery, it'll leave our warehouse on day 3 of your parcel journey. If your express delivery order was placed before 4pm, it'll be shipped on the same day (if placed Monday - Thursday) to arrive with you on the next working day.
If you’ve ordered any Disney Partner Purchase products, the link in your shipping email may not work. Please visit the Hermes website with your tracking number and postcode to track your order. DVDs and Blu-rays can't be tracked, sorry.
Your order may be shipped in separate parcels, and a tracking number for each parcel will be sent to you.
