Please wait until after your estimated delivery date before contacting us, as our team are unable to advise on your delivery until after this date has passed.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation which contains a link to track your parcel. Don't worry, you'll still receive this email even if you checked out as a Guest. Your order may be shipped in separate parcels, and a tracking number for each parcel will be sent to you.
If there's any Disney Partner products in your order, you'll only receive a tracking email for them when your parcel has been shipped from our vendor. If the link in your shipping email doesn't work, please visit the Hermes website with your tracking number and postcode to track your order. DVDs and Blu-rays can't be tracked, sorry.
Click here for a list of updates you may see when tracking your order. If you're not in to receive your parcel, there should be a photo on your tracking as to where the courier has left your delivery
Orders on standard deliveries will reach you within 5 working days, and express deliveries will arrive on the next working day (as long as orders were placed before 4pm).
