Can I have my order delivered to Store?
Yes, you can get your order delivered to certain UK Stores.
Please note that the below Stores do not offer this service:
Dublin Grafton Street
Edinburgh The Gyle
Birmingham Bull Ring
Deliver to Store is a free of charge service, and your parcel will be delivered to Store within two working days.
Your parcel will be held by the Store for seven days before it’s returned to our warehouse.
To get your parcel delivered to Store, choose this option when checking out on our website. Once your order has been submitted, you’ll receive your order confirmation, followed by a shipment confirmation email including tracking details. Once your parcel is ready for collection, you’ll get an email and SMS, with a further reminder message if you’ve not been to Store to pick up your order.
To retrieve your order, you'll need to show your collection email and a form of ID. Alternatively, you can have someone collect your parcel on your behalf. To do so, they'll need to take a form of your ID and the collection email that you received to our Store.
We accept the following forms of ID:
- Current debit/credit card
- Passport or driving licence
- Current utility bill
- Monthly bank statement
This option is only available to Guests who live within 5km of a Store, and if this option isn't showing at checkout, it means the service isn't available in your area. To track your parcel, please visit passmyparcel.com and enter your tracking number. If the status says 'Delivered to Parcel Shop', your order is ready and waiting for you in Store!
