UK orders can be shipped via express (next working day, subject to location) or standard delivery. The costs in the above table are for UK deliveries only, please check our International Shipping page for information on deliveries to outside of the UK. Orders on express or standard delivery are performed by Hermes, and may require a signature on arrival. We can't deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses unfortunately.
Click and Collect orders are sent to your nearest parcel shop, and are exempt from express delivery. If you can learn more about this service here.
Does your order contain personalised items? It takes up to five working days for these to arrive, and they aren’t eligible for express delivery. Sorry, we can’t send these separately to the rest of your order.
If your item is coming from a Disney Partner Product, it can take up to 20 working days to arrive and will be shipped by Hermes. It’ll say on our website if an item is shipped from a Disney Partner, and you can find out more about this here. The tracking link in your shipping email might not work for these items, but you can track with your tracking number (we suggest removing the hyphens!) and postcode on the Hermes site.
Disney Home Entertainment (DVD and Blu-ray discs) items should arrive within 5 working days. DVD and Blu Rays, and select other Disney Partner Products, are shipped by Royal Mail. Sorry, tracking isn't available for these items.
Your delivery can arrive between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, and can’t be pre-selected. Depending on the individual driver in your area, your order may arrive on a Saturday but this isn’t guaranteed. Once your order is out with the courier, you’ll receive a text with a two hour delivery window for when you can expect your parcel. To learn more about allocated delivery times, please click here.
