Sometimes, after there's been an update to the DisneyLife app, you may see a blue screen that doesn't finish loading whenever you try to log in.
To stop that from happening, below are a couple of steps you can take.
Firstly, check that you are using the correct log in details and selecting the correct log in method from the log in page. If you are trying to activate a TV device, please go here: How do I log in to DisneyLife on my TV? for the steps on how to activate DisneyLife on your TV.
If you're trying to access DisneyLife on a web browser:
- Clear your browser's cache history and cookies
- Make sure your browser and device are up to date
- Restart your browser
- Restart your device
- Restart your internet connection
If you're trying to access DisneyLife on another device:
- Delete and reinstall app.
Note that your Downloads will be removed from the device if the DisneyLife app is uninstalled.
Your Profiles and Favourites, however, will remain, as they are linked to your account, and not the device itself.
